摘要
通过选取两种常用的分离蛋黄抗体的方法,比较分离的效果,找到分离效果最佳的方法。结果表明,两种方法提取所得的有效抗体(IgY)含量及得率差异均不显著(P>0.05),均能满足要求,但水稀释法在提取量、抗体损耗率两个主要指标上优于辛酸法。
In this paper, we compared the separation effect of two traditional methods to extract york antibodies to find the best method. The results showed that there are no significant different between the two methods in content and the extraction rate（P〉0. 05） . But the water dilution is better than the octanoic acid method in the extraction amount and the loss rate of yolk antibodies.
