摘要
针对分布式光伏发电系统接入配电网对电压分布带来的影响,提出一种参与配电网电压调节的分布式光伏发电并网控制策略。该策略的功率外环综合考虑了分布式光伏发电系统出力波动以及负荷变化等因素对配电网电压的影响,电流内环采用模型预测电流控制方法实现对参考电流指令的跟踪。该策略具有良好的动静态性能和跟踪精度,且避免了比例积分控制中繁琐的控制参数整定。最后在RTDS仿真平台上搭建了含分布式光伏发电系统的配电网模型,仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
In allusion to influence of distributed photovoltaic generation system accessing in power distribution network on voltage distribution, this paper presents a kind of control strategy for distributed photovoltaic generation grid-connection participating in voltage regulation for the power distribution network. The power outer loop of this strategy comprehensively considers influence of factors such as generation system output fluctuation and load changes on voltage of the power distribu- tion network, and the current inner loop adopts model predictive current control method to realize tracking on reference current order. This strategy has good dynamic and static performance and tracking precision as well as can avoid tedious con- trol parameters settingin process of proportional integral control. On RTDS platform, it establishes a power distribution net- work model containing distributed photovoltaic generation system for verifying validity of the proposed control strategy by simulation.
