摘要
目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的外周血细胞凋亡相关基因mRNA表达水平。方法选择AIS患者21例(病例组)和健康正常人32例(对照组)。检测并比较两组外周血7个细胞凋亡相关基因[B细胞受体相关蛋白29(BCAP29)基因、死亡诱导清理因子1(DIDO1)基因、Bcl2/腺病毒E1B相互作用蛋白3(BNIP3L)基因、肿瘤坏死因子受体作用因子3(TRAF3)基因、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)基因、磷脂酰肌醇激酶3调节亚基α(PIK3R1)基因、信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)]mRNA的表达水平。结果病例组外周血BCAP29、BNIP3L、TRAF3、STAT3基因的mRNA表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),但是两组DIDO1,MAPK1,PIK3R1基因mRNA表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒患者外周血细胞凋亡相关基因BCAP29、BNIP3L、TRAF3、STAT3 mRNA的表达水平升高,其可能与急性缺血性脑卒的发生相关。
Objective To explore the mRNA expression levels of apoptosis-related genes in peripheral blood of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Tweuty-one patients with acute ischemic stroke (case group) and 32 healthy normal persons were enrolled. The mRNA expression levels of 7 apoptosis-related genes[ including B-cell receptor associated protein 29(BCAP29) gene,death inducer obliterator 1 (DIDO1) gene, Bcl-2/adenovirus E1B 19 kDa-interacting protein 3-like (BNIP3L) gene, tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 3 (TRAF3) gene ,mitogen-activated protein kinases 1 (MAPK1) gene, phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit alpha 1 (PIK3R1) gene, and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) gene ] in peripheral blood were detected and compared between the two groups. Results The mRNA expression levels of BCAP29, BNIP3L, TRAF3 and STAT3 genes in the case group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05) ,but no significant differences in the mRNA expression levels of DID01 ,MAPK1 and PIK3R1 genes were observed between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The mRNA expression levels of apoptosis-related genes ( BCAP29,BNIP3L, TRAF3 and STA T3 ) increased in the patients with acute isehemic stroke,and these genes may be related to the incidence of acute isehemie stroke.
