摘要
高校师德建设工作具有重要性和紧迫性,必须建立健全高校师德建设机制。习近平总书记提出了"四有教师"标准,这为建立健全高校师德建设长效机制提供了明确的目标。高校教师必须处理好自我与职业之间的关系,认真践行"四有教师"标准,注重职业道德的塑造、人格灵魂的净化,提高师德修养的自觉性,形成师德建设良性长效机制。
The importance and urgency of the construction of teachers＇ morality in colleges and universities requires us to establish and perfect the mechanism of iL The secretary general Xi Jinping, proposed the point of ＂ Four Ad- vantages＂ standards, which provides clear goals to the establishment of a long-term effective mechanism of teachers＇ morality construction in colleges and universities . The teachers in colleges and universities should deal with the rela- tionship between self and profession, seriously practice the ＂Four Advantages＂ standards, and pay attention to the professional morality to enhance the consciousness of morality, thus laying a solid foundation for the long-term mech- anism of morality construction.
