摘要
物流贸易企业内部管理及风险问题日益突出,如何整合内外部资源,最大限度地获取协同效应,已成为大多数物流贸易企业发展战略重点。以开滦集团为例重点分析战略联盟重要性、组建流程、主要风险点,进而提出风险防控建议,以期促进企业健康发展。
Problems of internal management and risks of logistics trade enterprises are more and more prominent. How to integrate internal resources so as to gain maximum synergy effect has become the key point of development strategy for most logistics trade enterprises. Taking Kailuan Group for example, this thesis analyzes the importance, building process and main risks of strategic alliance, and then comes up with suggestions on risk prevention and control in anticipation to promote healthy development of enterprises.
