摘要
红透山矿-767m水平1-1采场采用上向水平充填采矿法,由于顶板受隐伏状长节理控制,采场稳定性较差。在开采到第十分层时,由于节理胶结程度降低和地应力增大,采场顶板发生多次层状垮塌。通过现场调研、室内试验,参照锚索设计准则,确定了合理的锚索参数。现场试验证明,锚索可以有效控制采场冒落,减少矿山经济损失。
The -767m level 1-1 stope of Hongtoushan mine adopts upward horizontal slice stoping-filling method. Because the roof is controlled by the concealed long joint, the stope stability is poor. When mining to the tenth layer, due to the decrease of joint cementation degree and the increase of earth stress, the stope roof layered collapse happened many times. Through on-site survey and lab experiment and referring the anchor cable design criteria, reasonable anchor cable parameters were determined. Field experiment results showed that anchor cable technique can effectively control the stope caving and reduce mine economic loss.
