摘要
采用有限元法,对新型旋转挤压式污泥脱水机进行力学分析。考虑到对各构件分别建模分析时难以确定载荷和边界条件,建立了整体结构有限元模型,得到了von-Mises应力和变形分布,并进行了强度和刚度校核。结果表明:对于所分析的污泥脱水机,最大应力发生在挡门与外隔板接触的局部区域,大小为187.2 MPa,最大位移出现在支撑板外侧,大小为0.016 mm,强度和刚度都满足要求。
Rotary press sludge dewatering filter is a new equipment for dewatering of sludge with many advantages. But for the strength design of the components, no suitable methods are found in engineering. In this paper, finite element method was employed to solve this problem by numerically analyzing the strength of a rotary press sludge dewatering filter developed by the authors, Considering that the loading and boundary conditions are hard to extract for individual components, the whole structure of the filter was simulated. As a result, distributions of von-Mises stress and deformations were obtained and the strength and rigidity were assessed. It was found that for the studied filter, the largest stress with the value of 187.2MPa occurred at the local contact area between the exit door and the exterior clapboard and the maximum deformation with the value of 0.016mm occurred at the outer edge of the support plate. The result of the analysis showed the requirements both in strength and rigidity were satisfied.
