摘要
通过对江西省和湖南省百合中农药残留、重金属及其土壤中重金属进行检测分析。结果发现:(1)鲜品百合上农药残留检出率为56.7%,共检出6种农药残留:腐霉利、甲霜灵、多菌灵、恶霜灵、毒死蜱和甲氰菊酯;(2)鲜品百合样品中存在农药多残留现象,单个样品检出3种及以上农药残留的样品占10%;(3)百合鳞茎中重金属含量与土壤中重金属都有一定程度的相关性,土壤重金属具有很强的伴生性。
In this paper, pesticide residues, and heavy metals in lily and its growing soil in Jiangxi Province and Hunan Province, were analyzed. Results showed that：（1） the detection rate of pesticide residues in fresh lily was 56.7%, and six kinds of pesticide residues were detected as follows： Procymidone, Metalaxyl, Carbendazim, Oxaloxim, Chlorpyrifos and Fenpropathrin;（2） the phenomena of many residues of pesticides existed in fresh lily, and 10% of samples were detected with more than three kinds of pesticide residue;（3） the content of heavy metals in lily bulbs was correlated with the heavy metals in soil, and the heavy metals in soil were highly associated.
