摘要
以黄瓜为试材,研究纳米银保鲜膜包装的保鲜效果,测定贮藏期间黄瓜的感官品质和生理指标的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,纳米银保鲜膜包装可有效抑制黄瓜外观指数、硬度的下降和水分的散失,延缓叶绿素、VC、可溶性固形物和可溶性蛋白含量的降低,同时增强过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,有效保持黄瓜的贮藏品质。因此,纳米银保鲜包装对黄瓜有较好的保鲜效果。
Using cucumber as the material, study the preservation of nano-Ag packaging. The changes of sensor quality and physiological indexes in cucumber were measured during the storage. The results showed that compared with control, the nano-Ag film packaging had effectively inhibited the decrease of appearance index, firmness and water loss, delayed the decline of chlorophyll, VC, soluble solid and soluble protein content, meanwhile, enhanced the antioxidant activities of POD and CAT, and the storage quality of cucumber was maintained. Therefore, nano-Ag film packaging had a better effect on preservation of cucumber.
