摘要
镁质球团具有良好的冶金性能,工业试验配加10%硼镁铁精矿生产镁质球团。试验结果表明,生球质量较好,热工参数稳定,镁质球团成品球具有良好的化学成分,其转鼓强度高达96.80%,冶金性能优于酸性球团矿,其中低温还原粉化指数RDI_(+3.15 mm)达99.62%,还原膨胀率下降2.44%。将镁质球团矿用于高炉生产后,高炉炉况稳定。
Magnesia pellets have good metallurgical properties, the test study of magnesia pellet production with addition of 10% boric magnesium iron concentrate was conducted. The test results show that,the green bail quality is good,the thermal pa- rameters are stable ,the magnesia product pellets have good chemical composition, their tumbler strength is 96. 80%, and their metallurgical performance is better than that of acid pellets, in which the low temperature RDI +3.15 mm reaches 99. 62%, and the swelling index decreases by 2.44%. After the magnesia pellets are used in the blast furnace production ,the blast furnace opera- tion is stable.
