摘要
分析了SR电机运行原理和转子静态偏心模型,建立了SR电机的相电流、旋转角度与电磁转矩之间的数学模型。借助有限元建模软件,通过数学模型之间的参数关系设定SR电机的初始值。通过在SR电机转子静态偏心的不同条件下,采集电磁转矩输出误差,得出了轴心偏离值变大的同时输出电磁转矩偏差变大,电机运行呈现不规律性,任由其继续发展会导致严重故障的结果。
The principle of SR motor and the static eccentric model of rotor are analyzed, and the mathematical model between phase current, rotation angle and electromagnetic torque of SR motor is established. With the aid of finite element modeling software, setting the initial value of SR motor through the parametric relation between the mathematical models. Through the SR motor rotor static eccentricity under different conditions, collection of the electromagnetic torque will output error, the axis deviation value will be obtained bigger deviation, at the same time the output electromagnetic torque motor operation will become not regular, let the result of its continued development will lead to serious faults.
