摘要
分析了某公司重整装置第三重整加热炉F-203燃料气耗量高的原因,针对F-203辐射室热效率低的问题,采取在F-203辐射室炉墙安装强化辐射元件的措施,增加炉墙的黑度系数和辐射面积,使更多的辐射热量被炉管介质吸收,有效地提高F-203辐射室的热效率,使燃料燃烧释放的能量得到更高效的利用,达到节能的目的。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the higher fuel gas consumption in furnace F-203 of the Catalytic Reformer. To solve the problems causing low heat efficiency in irradiation chamber of furnace F-203,intensified radiation components were installed on the furnace wall to increase blackness coefficient and radiation area,thus effectively enhancing the heat efficiency and saving energy.
