摘要
目的探析心力衰竭合并室性心律失常经参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗的效果。方法选择2012年1月至2015年12月在我院进行治疗的164例心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,随机将患者分为观察组(82例)和对照组(82例),对照组单纯采用胺碘酮治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上联合参松养心胶囊治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为85.37%(70/82),对照组为69.51%(57/82),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的QTd、血浆NT-pro BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的QTd、血浆NT-pro BNP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者经参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗可有效降低患者的QTd、血浆NTpro BNP水平,改善患者心肌缺血的症状,疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with amiodarone for patients with heart failure combined ventrieular arrhythmia. Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients with heart failure combined ventrieular arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 82 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with amiodarone, while the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with amiodarone, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaulated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.37%, which was higher than 69.51% of the control group （P〈0.05）; before treatment, the comparation of QTd, plasma NT-proBNP levels of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the QTd and plasma NT-proBNP levels in the observation group had significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule in combination with amiodarone treatment for the patients with heart failure combined ventricular arrhythmia can effectively reduce the patient＇s level of Qtd and plasma NT-proBNP, the curative effect is distinct, which is worthy of promotion.
