反硝化聚磷菌生物特性的研究

摘要 采用平板划线法对反硝化聚磷菌进行分离、纯化,并富集培养,选定脱氮除磷效果最佳的菌株12为试验反硝化聚磷菌菌株。观察菌群的表观性质,研究不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH值对反硝化除磷菌生长特性及除磷效果的影响,为污水同步脱氮除磷工艺改革与创新提供新的思路与视角。 The denitrification phosphorus removal bacteria are separated and purified with the plate streak method,and the best strain 12 are selected for the experiment.By studying the flora of the apparent properties of different carbon and nitrogen sources,temperature,pH value and growth characteristics of phosphorus removal effect on denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria,this paper provides the new ideas and perspectives for the simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus removal of sewage reform and innovation.
