摘要 高压水力喷射径向钻井技术主要通过减小油气流动阻力,增大油井泄油面积,从而达到提高采收率的目的。滴307井是彩南油田应用高压水力喷射径向钻井技术进行增产挖潜的首口油井。介绍了高压水力喷射径向钻井的工艺流程、关键装备及技术特点,论证了滴307井水力喷射径向钻井的可行性,阐述了现场施工中存在的问题及应对措施。高压水力喷射径向钻井技术在滴307井的成功应用,为该区域老井挖潜、提高油藏动用程度提出了一条新的技术途径。 Radial drilling by high pressure water jet can not only decrease flow resistance for oil and gas, but also increase drainage area of oil well and finally improve the recovery ratio. D307 is the first radial horizontal well drilled by high-pressure water-jet in Cainan Oilfield. This paper firstly introduces the main process, key equipment and technical features of the high-pressure hydraulic jet radial drilling technology, then analyses the feasibility of the high-pressure water-jet radial drilling technology in D307 well, finally discusses the problem and the solution on site. The successful application of the high-pressure water-jet radial drilling technology in D307 well proposes a new technological approach for tapping the potential of old wells and improving recoverable degree of reservoir.
