摘要
为满足盾构位姿测量要求,研制了一套盾构导向系统,测量精度可达到±10 mm,系统主要由全站仪、激光靶、工业电脑以及与之配套的数据转换、传输和供电附件组成。为了使导向系统能够更好地适应洞内恶劣的测量环境,采用了新的盾构方位角测量原理;根据误差分析以及在工地现场的实际应用效果,并用其他方法对测量结果进行检查比较,证明该系统具有较好的工作稳定性和可靠性,能够以较高的测量精度满足盾构的掘进要求。截至目前,已有多套系统被成功地应用在不同的盾构隧道中。
A series of guidance system of shield,whose monitoring accuracy can reach ± 10 mm,is development so as to control shield attitude. The guidance system is composed of total station,laser target,computer and related data transform and transferring and power supply components. A new kind of shield attitude measuring principle is adopted and the results are testified by other measuring methods. The results show that the above-mentioned system is stable and reliable and can guarantee the monitoring accuracy. The system has been successfully applied to many tunnels.
