摘要
《人民检察院组织法》是当前立法修改中的重要议题,修改好《人民检察院组织法》意义重大,任务艰巨。考虑到实际情况,修改《人民检察院组织法》应坚持宪法关于检察机关的定位、与整个社会主义法律体系相协调、充分体现司法改革和检察改革的重要成果、有充分的依据和论证,在坚持立足中国国情的同时积极借鉴域外有益经验。
The revision of the Organic Law of the People's Procuatorates is an important issue of legislation.Given the actual circumstances,the revision of the Law should be consistent with the procuratorate's role and the whole socialism legal system. It should present the important achievements made by the judicial reform and the procuatoratial reform. It should have sufficient grounds and basis,positively referring foreign experience under the premise of keeping Chinese local circumstances in mind.
