稀土微合金化对BT100H钢基础特性的影响

摘要 文章设计了加入稀土和不加稀土两个钢种,研究稀土微合金化对BT100H用钢CCT曲线、淬透性及夹杂物形貌的影响。实验研究表明,稀土微合金化使得BT100H用钢CCT曲线贝氏体区增宽,Ms点上移;稀土微合金化提高BT100H用钢的淬透层深度和淬硬性,稀土的加入使得非金属夹杂物形貌由不规则四边形转变为球形,扫描电镜显示,稀土的加入,使得非金属夹杂物组成由Al、Mg、Ca、S、O构成的复合硫氧化物转变为核心部分是以稀土铝氧化物为主,周围主要由Ca-S-RE夹杂包裹的复合夹杂。 This article gives a design on two steels -adding RE and not adding RE , and makes a research on effect of RE micro alloying on CCT curve, harden ability and the morphology of inclusions of BT 100H steel. Experimental investiga- tion shows that RE micro- alloying can make CCT curve bainitic area of BT100H widening, Ms point up, and also can im- prove the quenched depth and harden ability of BT100H. Morphology of non - metallic inclusions is changed from irregualar quadrilateral into a ball by adding RE. In addition, SEM shows that the composition of non - metallic inclusions is trans- ferred from compound sulfur oxides composed by A1.Mg.Ca.S and 0 into compound inclusions--the core part is dominated by rare earth aluminum oxide, surrounding is mainly packaged by Ca- S -RE inclusion.
