汽车电动助力转向系统的研究与设计

摘要 随着电子技术的迅速发展,汽车转向系统已从简单的纯机械式转向系统转向助力转向系统在汽车上的采用,得到最佳的回正性特性,改善汽车操纵的稳定性。电动转向是现代汽车转向系统发展的必然趋势,目前国内的研究开发还处于起始阶段,因此我们必须大力对电动转向技术进行研究。基于此,文章在研究了电动助力转向系统工作原理的基础上,设计开发了EPS的电子控制单元的硬件电路和相应的控制软件框图。文章的创新点就是结合PWM控制程序,以实现在不同工况和不同模式下对直流电机的精确控制。 With the rapid development of electronic technology, automobile steering system has changed from pure mechanical steering system into electric power steering system (EPS) in order to improve the stability of automobile control. Electric power steering is an inevitable trend with the development of modem automobile steering system. At present, research and development of electric power steering technology at home is still at the outset which is why we should devote major efforts to research this technology. In line with this, this paper designs and develops hardware circuit of electronic control unit of EPS as well as corresponding control software block diagrams on the basis of researching the operating principle of electric power steering system. What is innovative in this paper is to accurately controlling direct-current dynamo in different working conditions and different modes by integrating with PWM control program.
