摘要
目的对子宫异常出血子宫内膜病理诊断进行研究分析,为今后的临床诊断工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法选择子宫异常出血患者126例作为研究对象,对其展开子宫内膜病理检查,并对检查资料进行统计分析。结果本组患者子宫内膜病理检查发现,有57例患者的子宫内膜接近正常,有46例患者的子宫内膜存在功能性改变,另外23例患者存在明显的器质性病变。结论针对子宫异常出血患者,对其展开子宫内膜活检病理检查,可为临床早期诊断和治疗提供可靠的参考依据,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。
Objective Endometrial bleeding pathological diagnosis of uterine abnormalities, for the clinical diagnosis of the future, providing valuable information. Methods 126 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding patients as the research object, carded out pathological examination of endometrium on it, and the inspection data for statistical analysis. Results In this group the endometrium of patients with pathological examination showed that 57 cases of uterine endometrial is close to normal, 46 patients had functional changes in the other 23 patients have significant qualitative changes. Conclusion For patients＇ with abnormal uterine bleeding, endometrial biopsy for expansion, can provide a reliable reference for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment, significant clinical value, worthy of attention and promotion.
