摘要
目的观察分析外伤性大面积脑梗塞原因与救治效果,并总结有效的救治措施。方法选择进行治疗的4例外伤性大面积脑梗塞患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方法观察分析本组患者的一般资料,分析其病因,并且采取相应的救治措施,观察救治后患者的治疗效果。结果本组患者经过救治后,其GOS评分为恢复良好者1例,死亡者3例。结论外伤性大面积脑梗塞的发病原因在于患者的血液流变化和出现血管内损伤问题,同时临床采取的治疗措施对该病的发生也有一定程度的影响,因此需要综合患者的临床症状和体征以及影响学检查结果,采取科学有效的防治措施进行临床救治,以期提高患者的治愈率。
Objective To observe and analyze the causes and treatment of traumatic large area cerebral infarction, and to summarize the effective treatment measures. Methods 4 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction patients as the research object, using the method of analysis of the observation and analysis of general data of patients in this group review, analysis of its causes, and take corresponding treatment measures, the treatment effect was observed after treatment. Results After treatment, the GOS score of the patients in this group was 1 cases, and 3 cases were dead. Conclusion The etiology of extensive traumatic cerebral infarction in patients with blood flow changes and problems of vascular injury, and clinical treatments also have certain effects on the occurrence of the disease, so patients need comprehensive clinical symptoms and signs and examination results, take effective measures to control science clinical treatment, in order to improve the cure rate of patients.
