宫内膜胞饮突及雌孕激素受体预测冻融胚胎种植窗 被引量:2

摘要 目的对宫内膜胞饮突及雌孕激素受体预测冻融胚胎种植窗进行分析研究。方法选取南昌大学一附院生殖中心的不孕患者80例,当中具有排卵冻融胚胎移植的患者有40例(实验组),同时采取血LH峰给予判断;另外,对胞饮突检测后个体化移植当做对照组,同时取扫描电镜观察到的成熟胞饮突判断,观察两组患者的妊娠率、胚胎着床率、血清雌二醇以及血清水平,采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行数据统计分析。结果实验组的临床妊娠率以及胚胎着床率55.0%明显高于对照组35.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的血清E2值(雌二醇)和血清P值明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过扫描电镜观察宫内膜胞饮突的结构以及形成,正确指导冻融胚胎的移植,使冻融胚胎移植的着床率得到显著改善。 Objective To pinopodes endometrial estrogen and progesterone receptors prediction frozen embryo implantation window were analyzed. Methods 80 cases of infertile patients reproductive center from First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Uni- versity, Among them, there were 40 cases (experimental group) with ovulation and hormone replacement after ovulation and embryo transfer, while taking blood LH peak to give judgment; In addition, endocytosis after collision detection as individual transplant con- trol group, while the scanning electron microscope to take a mature endocytosis sudden judgment observed pregnancy, embryo im- plantation rate, serum estradiol and serum levels between the two groups, and the recovery of neurological function,using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical anal.ysis. Results The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of 55.0% in the experi- mental group was significantly higher than 35.0%, the difference between them was statistically significant (P〈0.05); serum E: value of the experimental group (estradiol) and serum P was significantly higher, the difference between them was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion By scanning electron microscopy of endometrial pinopodes structure and formation of the correct guidance of frozen embryo transplantation, so that frozen embryo transfer implantation rate has been significantly improved.
