摘要
阴道斜隔综合征(OVSS)作为临床上一类罕见的生殖道畸形,其诊断、分型、治疗在国际上尚未形成共识。OVSS临床症状的多样性和复杂性增加了诊断的难度。治疗上多采用手术治疗,切除斜隔、引流脓液是关键。
Oblique vaginal septum syndrome （OVSS） is a rare type of clinical reproductive tract abnormality. Its diagnosis, classification and treatment have not been reached a consensus in the international society. The diversity and complexity of clinical manifestations of OVSS increase the difficulty of diagnosis. The common treatment for OVSS is surgery, and the septum resection and drainage are the sticking point.
