摘要
白及为兰科植物白及的干燥块茎,其用药历史悠久。现代药理研究表明,白及药理活性多样,近年来其化学成分和药理活性得到不断深入研究,展现了其广阔的应用前景。为了加强野生白及资源的保护,深入系统地研究珍稀药用植物白及,从白及的资源与栽培、化学成分及药理作用等进行了系统的文献研究综述,并对其资源短缺解决办法提供了参考意见,以期为中药白及的临床应用、合理开发、质量控制等提供科学合理依据。
Bletilla striata has a long history for dry tuber of drug used. Modern pharmacological research shows that Bletilla striata active pharmacological act. In recent years, its chemical composition and pharmacological activities have been deeply studied and demonstrated the broad application prospects. In order to strengthen the protection of wild Bletilla striata resources, in-depth systematic study of rare medicinal plants Bletilla striata, the resources and cultivation, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the system are reviewed and the paper provides a solution to the shortage of Bletilla striata hoping to provide scientific basis for the clinical application, reasonable development and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine Bletilla striata.
