摘要
基于高帧频CMOS图像传感器,设计了低延迟触发曝光逻辑、CMOS图像传感器数据实时解码逻辑和10Gb·s^(-1)高速光纤传输接口,研制了一种高实时远程图像采集系统。该系统的空间分辨率为1 280×1 024,支持2×2binning工作模式,数字量化精度为12bit,触发曝光延迟小于75ns,远程图像采集的时间最短可达0.6ms,实现了图像传感器数据的实时处理、传输和缓存,保证了系统远程图像采集的高实时性。
A real-time remote image acquisition system is designed and implemented. Based on a high frame rate CMOS image sensor, a low delay trigger-exposure control logic circuit is designed. The data output of the CMOS image sensor is handled by a real-time signal processing circuit. A high bandwidth data transfer interface with 10 Gb·s-1 fiber is used for data transferring. Spatial resolution of the image acquisition system is 1 280× 1 024. Data preci- sion is 12 bit. 2 × 2 binning mode is supported. Time for remote image acquisition is as short as 0.6 ms. Real-time processing, transferring, and caching of the image sensor are imple- mented. The highly real-time property of the image acquisition system is guaranteed.
