摘要
通过对工程教育和学术教育本质的梳理与分析,确定应用型卓越工程师的培养理念,进而构建凸显工程特色的人才培养体系。利用行业优势和产业背景办学,全面深入开展校企合作,进行轻化工程卓越工程师教育培养计划试点专业人才培养的教学改革与实践,在培养具有工程意识、工程实践能力和创新能力的高素质应用型人才方面进行了有益的尝试。
Through analysis of the nature of engineering education and academic education, the training concept on application-oriented outstanding engineer was determined, and the talent training system highlighting the characteristics of engineering was built. The educational reform was carried out by making use of industry advantage and industry background, and exploration and practice of teaching was conducted by deep university-enterprise cooperation for light chemical engineering, one of the experimental specialties for outstanding project. This is a salutary attempt to cultivate high-quality engineering application-oriented talents with engineering consciousness, engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
