摘要 为提升A公司汽车产品质量,减少顾客售后抱怨,应用对标分析法,以B汽车公司为标杆企业,对整车开发质量控制体系进行对比分析,发现A公司的研发质量、采购质量和制造质量的管理都比较薄弱。结果表明,产品研发是质量的源头,运用FMEA方法能持续降低设计风险;做好产品先期质量策划(APQP),能够使质量管理工作前置;有效的对标分析可以促使企业发现自身弱点,并持续改进。 In order to reduce customer service complaints, and improve the product quality of A company, the benehmarking analysis method is used. Compared with B company vehicle development quality control system, it is found that A company's R&D quality, purchasing quality and manufacturing quality management are relatively weak. The results show that the product development is the source of quality, FMEA method can continuously reduce design risk. And the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) can make the quality management work in advance. As well as the effective benchmarking can urge company to find their own weaknesses, and improve continuously.
