摘要
随着城市建设的迅速发展,城市地铁沿线扒窃案件亦呈现高发态势。公安机关应当针对这一问题,全面地构建综合性的犯罪防控体系,从而维护城市社会治安稳定。
With the rapid development of city construction, there appears a high incidence of pocketpicking along metro lines. Targeting the problem, police agencies should establish comprehensive crime-preventing system so as to maintain public order and social stability.
