随着信息技术的发展以及移动终端设备的广泛使用,现金在人们生活中的作用日趋弱化,第三方支付手段的移动化已成为不可避免的趋势。为顺应时代发展,改进公安工作,方便民众,移动支付应用于公安机关小额罚款具有十分重要的现实意义,这也是现代信息技术在公安工作中的具体运用。
With the development of information technology and widespread use of mobile terminals, cashes are gradually dimmed and third party mobile payment platforms have become an inevitable trend. To meet the needs of development, improve police work and give convenience to the public, mobile payment of small fines is practically significant, which embodies the practical use of the modern IT technology in police work.
