核电站用离心式压缩机转子临界转速计算分析

摘要 核电站用离心式压缩机对机组可靠性要求非常高,在研制任务书中明确要求转子一阶临界转速需大于最高运行转速的20%,并且压缩机转动需小于0.03mm。需对变频直接驱动离心式压缩机和定频齿轮驱动离心式压缩机均进行模拟分析,并辅以实验验证转子系统的安全可靠。 The demand of dependability on the nuclear power station is very high if it uses centrifugal compressor. There is a clear request in the manufactural task list which is the first rotor critical speed must exceed twenty percent of crowning circulate speed,and the swing of compressor must less than 0. 03 millimeter. It needs us carry through some simulation and analyse to the frequency conversion direct-driven compressor and ration gear-driven compressor,and carry through some experiment to validate dependability of the result further more.
