摘要 当今,应用CAN网络的新能源汽车技术快速发展,但与之匹配在整车平台上的监控与诊断技术尚未形成完整的体系。针对该问题,本文设计出基于SAE J1939协议的CAN网络便携式纯电动客车检测诊断平台,并将其成功应用于纯电动客车。实际应用表明实时在线监控、离线模拟、故障诊断等功能为整车维护与测试提供诸多便利。 Nowadays, vehicles driven by new energy are developed rapidly based on CAN Network. However, the monitoring and diagnostics technology does not form a complete system in the new energy vehicle sector. Aiming at solving the problem, the electric vehicle detecting and diagnosis platform is proposed in this paper, which is designed for new energy vehicles based on CAN Network with SAE J1939 Protocol. And it is successfully used in electric vehicle, which indicates that the functions of real-time monitor, offline simulation, fault diagnosis can bring tremendous convenience to the whole vehicle maintenance and testing.
