摘要
目的分析毒性元素与营养元素对学龄前儿童生长发育的影响。方法比较分析70例正常血元素儿童、51例高血铅儿童、60例高血钙儿童、55例高血铁儿童、61例高血锌儿童及58例高血铜学龄前儿童的身高、体质量和智商情况。结果正常组儿童智商明显高于高血铅组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组儿童身高明显低于高血钙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组儿童身高明显高于高血铁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组儿童身高、智商均明显低于高血锌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组儿童身高明显低于高血铜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钙、铁、锌、铜可影响学龄前儿童身高发育,铅、锌可影响智商发育,但上述元素对学龄前儿童体质量发育并无明显影响。
Objective To explore the influence on the growth and development for the preschool with lead,calcium,iron,zinc,copper. Methods Seventy cases of normal hair element child,51 cases of high incidence of lead children,60 cases of high calcium children,55 cases of high iron children,61 cases of high incidence of zinc in children,58 cases of most copper preschool children were select. Their short stature,body weight,intelligence quotient were analyzed. Results The intelligence quotient for the normal hair element child were higher than the high incidence of lead children( P〈0. 05). The short stature for the normal hair element child were lower than the high calcium children( P〈0. 05). The short stature for the normal hair element child were higher than the high iron children( P〈0. 05). The short stature,intelligence quotient for the normal hair element child were lower than the high incidence of zinc in children( P〈0. 05). The short stature for the normal hair element child were lower than the high copper children( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Calcium,iron,zinc,copper can influence on the short stature,and lead,zinc can influence on the intelligence quotient,but all the elements have no influence on the body weight.
