强夯法处理中南部铁路通道湿陷性黄土路基试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 依托我国首条30 t轴重重载铁路——山西中南部铁路通道,选取代表性地段开展湿陷性黄土路基强夯加强试验研究,将所选区段划分为多个试夯区域进行不同参数试夯,对比试验区强夯前后物理力学参数、黄土湿陷性系数等的变化。结合现场试验数据确定强夯施工参数为:第1遍点夯,夯点间距7 m,点夯3遍,然后满夯2遍,单击点夯夯击能4 000 k N·m,满夯夯击能1 000 k N·m,单点夯击击数8击。该参数组合应用在中南部铁路通道路基强夯加固过程中,并取得了较好的效果。 Based on a newly built heavy haul railway with 30 t axle load on Shanxi central-south railway corridor in China,the representative test area was selected and carried out for dynamic compaction strengthen research.The area was divided into several regions with different parameters for dynamic compaction test.The variation of physical mechanical parameters and the coefficient of collapsible loess before and after dynamic compaction in the test area were compared in this paper.Combined with the field test data,the dynamic compaction construction parameters were determined.The first time compaction spacing of single point is 7 m,local compaction three times,then full compaction two times.Single point compaction energy is 4 000 k N·m,full compaction energy 1 000 k N·m,and single point eight times.The parameters were adopted in central-south railway corridor and achieved good results.
