摘要
随着农村饮水安全工程的发展,农民的健康程度和生活质量有了明显改善,大批劳动力获得解放,但在建设和管理过程中呈现出来的问题也越来越多。为进一步提高湖南省农村供水工程建设和管理水平,总结了农村饮水安全工程建设和管理方面出现的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
With the development of the rural drinking water safety project,the standard of people＇s health level and quality of life have significantly improved,and a large number of labor is freed.However,the problems exposed in the process of construction and management are more and more.In order to further improve the level of project construction and management,the article summarizes the rural drinking water safety project construction and management problems,and put forward corresponding solutions.
