摘要
目的探讨微信平台在提高妇科患者疾病认知及康复质量中的应用。方法将2013年6月~2015年6月在德阳市人民医院妇科接受治疗的患者148例,按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组各74例,对照组患者实施妇科常规护理干预措施,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上利用微信平台开展妇科患者的健康教育,比较干预前后两组患者的疾病认知状况、焦虑抑郁状态、生活质量和患者满意度的差异。结果本研究结果显示,实施微信平台健康教育后,妇科患者能够更好地掌握自身疾病相关知识,显著改善了妇科患者康复过程中的焦虑抑郁状况、生活质量和患者满意度,两组间差异具均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施微信平台健康教育后,妇科患者能够更好地掌握自身疾病的相关知识,显著改善了妇科患者治疗过程中的焦虑抑郁状况、生活质量和患者满意度。
Objective To study the effect of Wechat platform on health education in patients with gynecological disease. Methods 148 patients with gynecological disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group conducted routine nursing. Experimental group adopted health education by Wechat platform. Then we compared the differences of disease knowledge, anxiety-depression status, life quality and patients satisfaction. Results After the implementing of Wechat platform, the score of disease knowledge was increased. SAS and SDS score were decreased, respectively. The score of life quality and patients satisfaction was improved. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Wechat platform can increased the disease knowledge, improve anxiety-depression status, life quality and patients satisfaction.
