摘要
本文设计了一种应用于家庭用蒸锅的节能辅助装置,其结构包括压差传感器、PID控制器、电动阀以及转换电源。可以在保证蒸锅内水沸腾的前提下,达到节省燃气用量的目的。对PID各参数的设定,可以实现在不同使用情景下对锅内压力的控制。结构简单,成本低廉。
This paper designs a kind of energy-saving auxiliary device applying to the family use steamers, its structure includes differential pressure transducer, electric valve, PID controller and a switching power supply. On the premise of guaranteeing the water In the steamer boiling., it can realize the purpose of saving the fuel gas. To set the parameters of PID, it can get command of the pot pressure in different conditions. Simple structure and low cost.
