摘要
简述了一种超低噪音防爆液压挖掘机,它是针对矿井中高瓦斯、通风条件差,环境恶劣的特点而设计。液压挖掘机(执行单元)中设有柴油机、电动机、电气系统,具有零排放、防爆、防触电、超低噪音的特点,为传统的作业方案提出新的工法,更高程度上解决机械化作业及人员的安全问题。
This paper introduces a kind of super low noise and explosion proof hydraulic excavator,which is designed for the characteristics of high gas,poor ventilation condition and bad environment. There is no diesel engine, electric motor and electric system in the hydraulic excavator, which has the characteristics of zero emission,explosion proof,anti shock and super low noise. Put forward a new method for the operation scheme of the traditional security problems,a higher degree of mechanization and personnel to solve.
