摘要
介绍了太原重型机械集团有限公司设计的推焦车启闭炉门装置和清框装置的3种布置方式,第1种布置为独立驱动、各自旋转、一次对位方式,第2种布置为独立驱动、不带旋转、多次对位方式,第3种布置为共用联动、独立旋转、一次对位方式。通过对动作过程的多少、机械结构繁简等的分析比较,总结出各种布置方式的优缺点,并提出第3种布置方式将成为后续发展的方向。
3 different arrangement forms of door opening mechanism and frame cleaning device for coke pushing car designed by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. were introduced in the paper. The first form was driven independently, rotating respectively and single counterpoint. The second form was driven independently, without rotation, and multiple counterpoints. The third form was sharing the same driven force, rotating respectively and single counterpoint. Through the analysis of action process and mechanical structure, their respective advantages and disadvantages were summed up, proposing the third form being the future direction of development.
