摘要
我国高校教师发展制度经历了模仿与初建、体系崩溃与停顿、恢复与重点建设、"准法制化"与组织化等发展阶段。在发展过程中,该制度"提升高等教育质量"的旨归不断凸显,制度内容从教师队伍建设转向个体学术职业发展,其实施效果从宏观效用转向微观适切性。未来的制度应该鼓励教师发展从"离岗培训模式"向"教师专业共同体"转型;应加大对教师个体真实需求的关注度;应从对高端群体的关照转向对普通群体的关注。
Teacher development scheming in Chinese universities has experienced the stages of imitation and construction,system collapse and stagnation,recovery and focused construction,"quasi-legalization"and organization.In this course,the tenet of"advancing higher education quality"is increasingly highlighted.The teacher development scheme has shifted from team construction to individual academic and professional development.In terms of the effect of the scheme,macro effect has been turned to micro appropriateness.The future development should emphasize the transformation from"off-position training"to"professional union of teachers".More concern should be given to the actual demands of individuals and to the average groups of teachers rather than the top-level groups.
