摘要
壳聚糖由于其独特的特性,如生物降解性、生物相容性、显著的细胞膜通透性和较高的载药能力等,在医学中得到广泛应用。本文综述了近几年用不同改性方法得到的壳聚糖衍生物及其接枝共聚物,并对壳聚糖在药物中的应用进行了展望。
In recent years,chitosan has been widely used in medicine because of its unique characteristics,such as biodegradability,biocompatibility,significant cell membrane permeability and high drug loading capacity.In this paper,the recent modification of chitosan derivatives and graft copolymers were reviewed,and the application of chitosan in the drug was also discussed.
