摘要
廉洁执政、反对腐败是古今中外对执政者的基本要求,是政府赢得人心的基础,更是当今世界各国面临的普遍难题。中国作为一个发展中的社会主义国家,反对腐败是关系到党和国家生死存亡的大事。当前我国反腐败斗争在方式和效能上存在的许多问题,应该从反腐败刑事立法的视角,制定反腐败特别法;从改革监督控制机制、严格执法、健全举报机制等方面改进刑事司法机制,预防和制止腐败现象的发生和蔓延,推进我国法治建设的进程。
Keeping clean and fighting against corruption are the basic requirements upon officials and foundation fora government to win the support of its people. It is a tough problem for government to solve the above problems. Itis a crucially and seriously political struggle for China, as a large developing country, to fight against corruption.The paper lists and analyzes the existing problems that our nation is against corruption in term of ways andefficiency. To prevent and stop the occurrence and spread of corruption phenomenon and to further promote theprocess of our rule of law, our nation should take the following measures： improving the anti-corruption criminallegislation and justice, formulating special law and taking core effective countermeasures.
