摘要
组织成员的换位思考对促进组织和谐、建设关爱型组织具有重要作用。以往有关换位思考的研究大都嵌入在同情这一概念中来探讨换位思考在社会交往中作用,未来有必要将其作为一个独立的构念,并基于组织情境中进行探究,从而发挥其在组织中的独特价值。在回顾已有关于换位思考研究的基础上,理清了换位思考的概念、前因变量与作用效果,重点探讨了换位思考与同情、角色承担等概念的相似点和区分点,并将换位思考的形成与影响进行组织情境化分析。最后,从换位思考主体、对象、途径等方面提出了未来研究方向。
Perspective taking can promote organizational harmony, which contributes to the establishment of compassionate organizations. Prior studies often took perspective taking as one sub-dimension in empathy and mainly focused on the impact on interpersonal social interactions. However, we consider further studies are needed to explore the unique impact of perspective taking in organizations. Through reviewing previous studies on perspective taking, this study integrates the definition, antecedents, and consequences of perspective taking. Specifically, we distinguished it with the concept of empathy and role taking, and identified the uniqueness of perspective taking in organizations, At last, we propose the future directions of perspective taking from its subjective, targets, manner etc. aspects.
