摘要
目的对琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在心律失常患者中的应用及对炎症因子的影响进行探究。方法 63例心律失常患者作为研究对象,并按照随机分配的原则将其分为实验组(32例)与对照组(31例)。实验组给予稳心颗粒联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗,对照组给予稳心颗粒进行治疗,对比并观察两组的临床效果。结果对照组治疗后的总有效率为74.19%,显著低于实验组的96.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-8水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组的CRP为(4.87±1.70)mmol/L、IL-8水平为(101.45±12.49)mg/L,均高于实验组的(3.01±1.18)mmol/L、(86.15±12.57)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心律失常患者应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗,可有效改善患者的症状,提高临床预后,有临床推广与应用的价值。
Objective To investigate application of metroprolol succinate sustained release tablets in arrhythmia patients and its influence on inflammatory factor. Methods A total of 63 patients with arrhythmia as study subjects were randomly divided into experimental group （32 cases） and control group （31 cases）. The experimental group received Wenxin grannie combined with metroprolol succinate sustained release tablets for treatment, and the control group received Wenxin grannle for treatment. Clinical effects were compared and observed between the two groups. Results The control group had obviously lower total effective rate after treatment as 74.19% than 96.88% in the experimental group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference of C-reactive protein （CRP） and interleukin （IL）-8 between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the control group had CRP as （4.87 ± 1.70） mmol/L and IL-8 as （101.45± 12.49） rag/L, which were all higher than （3.01 ± 1.18） mmol/L and （86.15± 12.57） mg/L in the experimental group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of metroprolol succinate sustained release tablets for arrhythmia patients can effectively improve symptoms in patients and increase clinical prognosis. It contains value for clinical promotion and application.
