摘要
[目的]初步确定适合‘寒富’苹果低温贮藏的保鲜袋厚度。[方法]以采自沈阳地区的‘寒富’苹果为试材,在低温[(0±1)℃]下,用不同(0.01、0.02、0.04 mm)保鲜袋处理‘寒富’苹果,分别对果实硬度相关生理指标进行测定。[结果]各处理的果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、还原糖含量、总糖含量和总酚含量都随着冷藏期的延长而下降,冷藏240 d时,0.02 mm保鲜袋处理果实的上述指标均为最高,分别为6.0 kg·cm-2、11.9%、0.075%、9.8%、10.2%和0.35 OD280·g-1FW,与其他处理相比,除可滴定酸差异达显著水平,其他指标均达极显著水平。用0.02 mm保鲜袋处理果实冷藏期间呼吸强度低于0.01 mm保鲜袋处理和0.04 mm保鲜袋处理,且显著减少了丙二醛积累。[结论]用0.02 mm保鲜袋处理对于延缓果实的后熟衰老具有一定作用。
[Objective] The aim was to determine the thickness of freshness-maintaining bag on Hanfu apples storage. [Method] With different thickness bags(0.01, 0.02 and 0.04 mm) the optimum thickness of freshness- maintaining bag was tested. And apples were kept under the cold temperature of 0℃ for 240 days. The apples storage qualities and storage physiology were tested. [Result] The fruit hardness, the soluble solids content, the titratable acid content, the reducing sugar content, the total sugar content and the total phenol content decreased continuously during the whole storage period at low temperature. At the end of the test, the above indexes were the highest in the treatments of 0.02 mm preservative bags, and were 6.0 kg·cm^-2 11.9%, 0.075%, 9.8%, 10.2% and 0.35 OD280·g^-1FW, respectively. Compared with other treatments, the difference of the titration acid reached a significant level, the other indexes reached a very significant level. The respiration intensity was lower than that of 0.01 mm and 0.04 mm in the treatment of cold storage with 0.02mm, and the MDA accumulation was decreased significantly. [Conclusion] The treatment with 0.02 mm played a role for delaying fruit ripening and senescence.
