摘要
以QAY500全地面起重机车桥支座为研究对象,通过有限元静态分析法和疲劳分析法相结合对其进行可靠性分析,根据分析结果对车桥支座进行优化设计。实验结果表明,优化设计后的车桥支座疲劳可靠性能得到极大提升。
Taking QAY500 all terrain crane axle bearing as the research object, FEM and fatigue reliability analysis was done to the axle bearing through combining FEM and fatigue analysis.According to the analysis results, optimized the structure of the axle bearing.The test results show that fatigue reliability performance of the axle bearing optimized has been greatly improved.
