摘要
液氨作为重点监管的危险化学品,具有低温高压性、毒性、火灾和爆炸危险性、腐蚀性。文章简单分析了液氨泄漏的原因,并分别从工艺设计、重大危险源设计、设备设计、电气防爆设计、土建设计、消防设计和防范措施等角度探讨了防止液氨泄漏及其次生事故的措施。
As hazardous chemical, liquid ammonia has some harm characteristics as low melting point, high pressure, toxicity, flammability and combustiblility, corrosivity. The main rea- son of liquid ammonia leakage was analyzed in brief. Preventive measures of liquid ammonia leakage and secondary accident were explored in the chemical engineering design perspectively, which eon- tained process design, major hazard installation, equipment design, electrical design, civil engi- neering design, fire engineering design and preventive measure design.
