摘要
本文建立了液相色谱法测定抗氧剂168的降解产物2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和抗氧剂1010和1076的降解产物3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸的含量。并以复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅱ)作为模拟提取药液,检测了这两种降解产物在药液中的提取情况。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and 3-（3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl）propionic acid which are degradation products of antioxidants. Compound amino acid injection（18AA-Ⅱ） was used to be the extract solution. The migration of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and 3-（3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl）propionic acid was studied.
