摘要
针对5083铝合金激光焊容易产生气孔、裂纹导致焊接接头强度不高的情况,设计了Nd:YAG激光与半导体激光束组合的双光束系统,对铝合金进行焊接工艺试验。结果表明,与单光束系统相比,该系统可以很好抑制气孔的产生,焊接接头无裂纹,同时焊接接头强度提高30%以上。
Porosities and cracks may cause the low strength of welded joint when the aluminum alloy 5083 was welded by laser welding. The dual-laser welding system which consisted of Nd: YAG laser and diode laser was designed to weld the aluminum alloy. the results show that the dual-laser welding system can prevent from the formation of porosities,and no cracks in the welded joint,and the strength of the welded joints improved by 30% compared with single-beam of Nd: YAG laser.
