摘要
建立超声提取-离子色谱法55 min内同时测定大气PM_(2.5)中13种水溶性低分子有机酸和无机阴离子的方法,经不同样品膜空白值考察、预处理条件优化、样品保存实验研究等获得了最佳的实验条件。研究发现,无机阴离子线性回归系数均为0.999以上,有机酸均为0.993以上;样品膜中各离子的相对标准偏差为3.2%~9.8%,样品提取液中各离子的加标回收率为90.6%~108%;当采样体积为24 m^3时,各目标化合物的方法检出限为0.003~0.032μg/m^3。分别于2015年1、6月采集了PM_(2.5)实际样品,1月各离子浓度之和为31.9μg/m^3,范围为0.04~15.0μg/m^3;6月各离子浓度之和为22.3μg/m3,范围为0.01~12.7μg/m^3。两个采样期间,氯离子、硝酸根、硫酸根在13种化合物中占绝对优势,均占总量的95%以上;乙酸、甲酸、甲烷磺酸和乙二酸为其他低含量离子中的主要组分。
A method to detect 13 kinds of water-soluble low molecular weight organic acids and inorganic anions in atmospheric PM2.5simultaneously in 55 min by ultrasonic extraction-ion chromatography was established,and the best experimental conditions were obtained by studying blank value of different film, optimizing the pretreatment conditions and researching sample preservation experiment. The study showed that linear regression coefficient of inorganic anions reached 0. 999 and organic acids reached 0. 993. The relative standard deviation of each ion in the sample film was from 3. 2% to 9. 8%,the recovery of each ion in sample extract solution ranged from 90. 6% to 108%. When the sample volume was 24 m^3,the method detection limits of target compounds ranged from 0. 003 to 0. 032 μg / m^3. Actual samples of PM2.5were collected in January and June by 2015 respectively. The total amount of the ions was 31. 9 μg / m3 in January and the range was from 0. 04 to 15. 0 μg / m^3; the total amount of the ions was 22. 3 μg / m^3 in June and the range was from 0. 01 to 12. 7 μg / m^3. During the two samples times,Cl^-,NO3^-and SO4^2- were dominant in the 13 kinds of compounds,accounting for more than 95% of the total amount. Acetic acid,formic acid,methane sulfonic acid and acetic acid were the main components among other low-level ions.
