摘要
本文结合中国关于温室气体自愿减、排及相关，交易管理制度，对核证自愿减排量（CCER）及柑关碳排放权交易进行了梳理和描述，分析指出核证自愿减排量具有要式性、标．准性及政策性的特点，并进一步分析了相关碳排放。交易的类别和风险。在此基础上。笔者从专业性、保密性和快捷性．等方面,讨论了选择仲裁方式解决核证自愿减排量相关交易合同争议的比较．优势，并对包括有效的仲裁约定、仲裁机构l的选择及案件处理等、实务问题，择要提出了若干具体建议.
Based on the management stipulations on voluntary ouse gas emissions trading and-relevant .carbon ：emissions trading market, this paper gave an overview ,on Chinese Certified .Emission Reduction （CCER） as well as relevant carbon emissions ,trading and analyzed the features of CCER and. the types .and risks of CCER transactions. Combining the above-mentioned features, the author summarized the advantages of arbitration agreement included in a CCER transaction contract and proposed some specific suggestions on a CCER transaction contract disputes arbitration issues including the validity of arbitration agreement, selection of a reputed arbitration institution, and management of arbitration proceedings, etc.
